No software needs to be downloaded or installed, and no additional server hardware or software is required. This saves you time and money.

Tempora is very flexible to cope with the varying demands of different business. For example, you may only want to record time worked at client or project level, whereas other companies may need to know the time worked on specific activities.

Our experienced support staff will help you configure Tempora to suit your requirements so that you can soon start to realise the benefits of using Tempora.

Tempora's subscription charges are inclusive of user support and maintenance. Support is provided in the following ways:

Adding new user

Our maintenance service provides service releases that include modifications and functional enhancements.

Remember that, as an online software service, you don't have to download any software or apply any upgrades. This saves your business valuable time and money.  

Training

Tempora is easy to use but we always advise training for those staff who will be responsible for adding new clients and projects, setting staff rates etc. and for those who will be running reports.

Training can be provided online on a one-to-one basis or to small groups at your premises. For 2010 we are planning to offer training at a specialist training facility in London.
