Getting started
Tempora is easy to install, configure and use. But to ensure that you get the best out of the product, we support you throughout your trial period and beyond, from initial evaluation to live use.

If you've just signed up for your trial, you'll want to get going straight away. So that you can experience the benefits of Tempora as quickly as possible, we will:
- help you configure your client structure
- make sure you can analyse costs and profitability at the required level of detail
- help you migrate data* from an existing system so you can compare current data with previous years.
* There may be a charge for the migration of data.
On-going support
Support does not end once you're up and running. As a Tempora subscriber, you have access to a wealth of useful information, including:
- the Tempora help desk
- our client portal and knowledge base, which contains feature extensions, downloads, technical details and FAQs
- service releases. These include modifications and functional improvements developed as part of the evolution of the product range.
Training
Tempora is quick and easy to configure and most of our customers find they're able to use the system without training. If you have a specific query that can't be resolved using the online tutorials however, we are happy to arrange additional training.
