Tailoring Tempora Timesheets to your needs

Enhance your standard Tempora subscription with one or more of the following add-on modules. These upgrades can be added at any time on payment of the difference in cost between the existing and upgraded product.

Tempora Job Costing

Tempora Job Management adds estimating, ordering, WIP analysis, sales invoicing, purchase invoice reconciliation to the timesheets and profitability analysis This upgrade adds Job Costing to Tempora Timesheets. Features include:
  • Estimating / quoting for time costs and purchase costs, including creation of estimate documents in your house style
  • Semi-automatic creation of purchase orders based on purchase costs, with optional mark-up
  • WIP analysis reports that show comparison between estimated and actual costs
  • Sales invoicing with optional batch invoice production, including facilities for stage billing, capping, deferring, write-offs, uplifts etc.
  • Purchase order / supplier invoice reconciliation
  • Interface with accounting packages enables sales and purchase invoice to be transferred between Tempora and existing accounts package
Tempora HR

Cut the costs of managing staff absence This upgrade provides a self-service facility for staff to request absence from work for holiday etc.
  • Personal employee holiday charts eliminate time-wasting enquiries to HR
  • Access to personal holiday chart from timesheet encourages staff to complete timesheets
  • Self-service enquiry/request encourages staff to plan ahead - this helps managers when resourcing projects
  • Requests for absence linked to email, which eliminates need for paper forms
  • Managers have use of visual approval facility that shows overlapping absences
  • Approved days of absence automatically entered in timesheets
  • Handles all types of planned absence (e.g. annual leave, public holiday, study leave, maternity/paternity leave etc.)
  • Sickness reporting highlights patterns of regular sickness
Tempora Timesheet Prompt

Remind staff to complete timesheets This add-on feature reminds or compels users to complete their timesheets within a specified time. It is the only feature of the Tempora range that requires software to be installed locally on users' PCs or Macs but this can usually be automatically distributed from local server.
  • Configurable as gentle reminder, or as a 'lock-out' that prevents users working on anything else until they've submitted their timesheets
  • Daily or weekly reminder/lock out 
  • Mac OSX and PC Windows versions available
