We are an independent software business in Kent, England, and we are proud to have provided financial management support to a growing stable of clients in the UK, France, USA, Singapore, China, India and Australia for over 10 years. Tempora Software is also a Microsoft Partner.

Our aims

Our aim is to provide creative and professional service businesses with an easy-to-use, flexible and cost-effective web-based timesheet system that solves the increasing problem of eliminating client over-servicing.

The result

Tempora is a complete software service available entirely over the web.  No software to install, no server required and we take care of support, maintenance and upgrades.  What's more, Tempora can be configured to suit the particular needs of different types of organisations.  For example, if you need Tempora to produce a specific report that is not already available  among our range of reports, we'll configure that report for you.

Tempora for creative agencies

If you are a creative or digital agency mostly charging fixed fees, Tempora can be used simply to monitor profitability by client, job or activity or as a full job costing system.  If you are an international group, Tempora can be used to provide common cost and profitability reporting by client throughout the enterprise.  We also understand that you may want to use Tempora with other systems, such as a proven accounting package. Tempora has comprehensive import and export facilities that allow you to share data with other products. There is a specific interface for use with the Sage accounting package but we are also able to advise you on how to interface to other products.

Tempora for professional service firms

If you are a professional firm that bills time worked, Tempora can help you prepare accurate billing figures quickly and easily. This enables you to invoice without delay and to minimise the number of queries.  Our clients use Tempora's billing guide reports to account to their clients for the time and work completed and to monitor profitability by client, matter or activity.
