To use Tempora, all you need to do is to sign up with us and you're ready to go! Tempora is hosted and maintained on our secure servers and you access it through your web browser. As a result you don't need to downloaded any software or employ in-house IT resources to maintain the system. We carry out maintenance and upgrades centrally on our servers and our support service is included in the monthly rental prices set out on our Prices page.
User support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We make a point of being available to talk you through any issues you may have when using the system. However, if you prefer you can email us directly from any page on the Tempora system. In addition to the above, downloadable Tutorials are available at our Help and Resource Centre, which is accessible directly from Tempora or you can search our Support FAQs.
Our experienced staff will assist you with configuring Tempora so that you start to see the benefits quickly. The time taken for configuration may vary according to your requirements but it usually quick and easy. We can also assist with the import of data from existing systems.
Tempora is easy to use but we always advise training for those of your staff that will be responsible for administering Tempora, for example by adding new clients and projects or running reports. Training can be provided online on a one-to-one basis or to small groups at your premises.
Tempora offers extensive configuratio options but we are always happy to discuss any specific requirements that you may have such as introducing new reports or amending existing reports.
